NestFoundry, LLC ("NestFoundry", "we", "us", or "our") operates a PropTech AI home staging service. Our principal place of business is Orlando, Florida, USA. We can be contacted at privacy@nestfoundry.io.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Public property records: We source recently sold property information from licensed data providers (ATTOM, BatchData) using publicly available county recorder data.
  • Contact information: We obtain contact information (name, email address, phone number) for new property owners through licensed skip-tracing data providers who compile information from publicly available sources.
  • Usage data: When you visit your personal landing page, we log your IP address, browser type, and page interactions. We do not use third-party tracking pixels without your consent.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid tier, your payment details are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Property photos: We may temporarily process publicly listed MLS/listing photos of your property. These are encrypted and destroyed within 14 days unless you authorize extended use through our five-layer authorization flow.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To send you a personalized AI home staging portfolio (one initial email)
  • To provide the NestFoundry service and your personal landing page
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To comply with legal obligations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
  • To improve our AI models and property matching (anonymized data only)

4. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

We comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email we send:

  • Includes our physical mailing address
  • Includes a clear, functional one-click unsubscribe link
  • Has an accurate subject line that reflects the email content
  • Identifies us as the sender

Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately (not within 10 days — immediately). Once you unsubscribe, we add your email to our permanent suppression list.

5. Property Photos and Encryption

If we process listing photos of your property, we use cryptographic encryption (XChaCha20-Poly1305 with Shamir secret sharing). Photos are automatically destroyed after 14 days unless you complete our authorization flow and request extended use. You can request immediate destruction at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe (payment processing) — their Privacy Policy
  • Our email service provider (for sending your personalized email)
  • Affiliate partners (Wayfair, Overstock, etc.) — only when you click a product link
  • Law enforcement, when required by valid legal process

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to processing
  • Unsubscribe from all communications

8. Data Retention

  • Property photos: destroyed within 14 days (or immediately on DMCA notice)
  • AI renders: retained while your subscription is active, then 90 days
  • Contact information: 90 days from last interaction unless you subscribe
  • Suppression list entries: permanent (to honor your opt-out)
  • Payment records: 7 years (tax/legal compliance)

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest for PII), strict access controls, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@nestfoundry.io.

10. DMCA

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@nestfoundry.io. We will process all valid notices within 24 hours and destroy any referenced material immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy with an updated date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance.
